New features for the Jack Store!

    Today we are excited to announce the launch of two new features.


    Reporting a Profile:


    The first new feature is the Reporting function. This feature allows customers to easily report any issues with their purchased profile. By reporting the issue through the Jack Store website or in the Jack client, a ticket is automatically created for the profile creator who will be notified immediately. This ensures that any issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently. We encourage all customers who encounter issues with their profiles to utilize this feature to make sure any problems with a premium profile are being resolved.


    Refunding a Profile:


    The second feature is the Refund function, which allows customers to request a refund within an hour of purchasing a profile. This can be done through the Jack Store website. Our intention with this feature is to give customers the opportunity to try a profile and ensure it meets their expectations. If it doesn't, they can easily exchange it for a different profile or receive a full refund of the coins used.


    We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, and we hope these new features will further enhance your satisfaction with Jack Store.


    As a little extra we will also be releasing a new ”Pick Pocket” feature for Jack with this upcoming weekends update, so stay tuned!
